Leo Obrst has written poetry for 45 years, but has not published for 20 years. He is a theoretical linguist, AI scientist, and ontologist, with one wife, six dogs, and one cat, currently. He used to have chickens, might again. A past runner, he now walks five miles a day. His poem “De Colóres” was a selected finalist for the 1996 Pablo Neruda Prize for Poetry, Nimrod International Journal of Prose and Poetry.
